This is a fun one for me having To be fair, I push the limits of Doctor Patient relationship so that way, they know what’s “normal” for me and what isn’t, it eliminates a lot of guess work. That being said, this is a short list of what my Doctors and Surgeons have shared with me as to what their hobbies are: Family. Spending time with my son always top the list. I might be at every softball, soccer, ballet, musical and whatever their lineage is doing and will try to schedule with other doctors to be able to attend. Gardening, growing usual plants for the area and trying to grow ones like Loofa and seedless Watermelon which are difficult in our climate. Extreme sports not sure what else to call this: climbing the Himalaya mountains, sky gliding, para-sailing, hiking extremely difficult trails, trick snowboarding and “free rock climbing the kind with maybe one safety rope. Oddly enough, I’ve not heard any interest in any desert no matter what country they travel to. Reading. Not everything is about medicine, I had a surgeon who could quote just about anything a poet had ever written. Doctors & Surgeons are investigative by nature, reading can take you anywhere, any time.
